A good weight reducing is not done instantly, but it is a continuous long term process. To reduce the weight, what we need is more than reduce the portion of the food you eat, but we also need guides from the nutrient expert so that our body doesn’t “get shocked” when we change the way we eat. The weight reducing process os also have to be followed by physics activities and we also have to change the habits which have potention to make us become fat again.
Down here, there are several methods which can be used to reduce the weight:
- Diet method
- Diet is one of several ways to reduce the weight which is done by reducing or even left the food which can cause fat (overweight) behind.
- Sport
- Commonly, sport costs lots of energy so by increasing your sport activities, there will be lots of calories which will be burnt and that means the stock of fat in our body can be reduced. With a little diet, sport can be used as one of several ideal ways to reduce the weight.
- Liposuction operation
- Liposuction is an instant way to reduce the weight. It is done by making a small hole in the body which will be used to take the fat outside, but beside it costs too expensive, it also has a high risk. It will be discussed in another post.
- Acupuncture
- Until now, acupunture method still can’t be proven scientifically that it can reduce the weight. Commonly, the patients also stop in the middle of the process because they can’t have their ideal weight like they want.
- Consume slimming medicine
- We can find the slimming medicine easily in the market, some of them also said that they are the most efficacious one, but before you buy it, please check it first so we are avoided from diseases, because there are some substances which are often used in the slimming medicine which have the psychiatric indication as the side effect, disturbing the absorbtion tract and make the heart beat more than usual.
