1. Chew the food until it is really shattered. If the food is already shattered, the absorbtion can be processed perfectly.
  2. Never eat while doing another activities, like watching TV, because this can make us increase our food portions.
  3. Avoid to eat food which contains saturated fat.
  4. Eat when you get hungry, and stop before you get sated, so our body will be forced to use the reserved fat in our body.
