- Chew the food until it is really shattered. If the food is already shattered, the absorbtion can be processed perfectly.
- Never eat while doing another activities, like watching TV, because this can make us increase our food portions.
- Avoid to eat food which contains saturated fat.
- Eat when you get hungry, and stop before you get sated, so our body will be forced to use the reserved fat in our body.
